Wilson joined PKF in March 2000 and promoted to Manager in February 2001. He became Partner on 1 July 2008. He has over 16 years of extensive experience in audit relate to different types of industries including trading, manufacturing, department stores, payment platform services provider, construction, property investment, property management, travel agent, airlines, etc. |
In addition to his audit experience, Wilson has been involved in some IPO projects for different types of industries such as construction, retail and services provided industries, etc., in Hong Kong Stock Exchange and UK AIM market. Wilson also has experience in corporate advisory work including internal control review, due diligence review and corporate governance. |
