David mainly advises entrepreneurial clients and international groups and his clients mainly consist of building contractors, manufacturing industries and retailing business. His areas of specialization covers Hong Kong Accounting standards and listing rules, US Accounting standard, rules and regulations, corporate audit, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, etc.

David supervises the IT development of the Firm and he is also the managing director of our Shenzhen consulting arm, PKF Business Advisory (Shenzhen) Limited. He has recently been involved in IPO projects in the UK AIM market.
