Derek joined PKF Hong Kong as an Audit Manager in 2001 and became a Partner in 2006.To date Derek has over fourteen years of assurance and advisory experience. His client portfolio covers a wide spectrum of industries, architecture and engineering, trading, manufacturing and non-profit organizations, etc. and consists of companies with its shares listed in Hong Kong, the United States and Germany. |
In addition to his audit experience, Derek has concrete experience in handling specials including reverse takeover, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, corporate restructuring and other advisory works such as internal controls review. He was also participated in certain IPO projects and funds raising exercises. |
