HR department

Job Title : HR officer

Salary : Negotiated

As a PKF HR professional, you are expected to possess the following quintessential traits:

  • Report to staffing partner
  • Participate in full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, performance management and employee relations
  • Assist to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage and maintain personnel records
  • Liaison with accounting bodies
  • Handle ad hoc assignment

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in HR, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ HR experience
  • Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance
  • Able to work independently
  • Good command in written English and Chinese and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Experience in PRC but not essential
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
